Helambu trekking lies northeast from  Kathmandu Valley  is one of the  easy, short  trek in Nepal due to the low elevation and slow climbing. Without any previous experience trekkers can enjoying for pleasant and favorable climatic condition and best cultural journey to explore the Nepalese village. This Trek offer you a jungle hike between pine forest, winding rivers views, rugged rock and snow-capped mountain sceneries, grassy downs and meadows strewn with daisies and wild premolars. The benefit of Helambu trekking is  less crowded and peace than other trekking route of Nepal.The trail to Helambu starting with a short drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal ,climbs up to the Shivapuri ridge. You will enjoy the traditional lifestyle and culture of Tamang people, beautiful natural sceneries of landscapes and white shining mountains. The trek heads north to Thare Pati before turning east to Melemchi Gaon and TarkeGyang.  we visit  Shermathang before descending to the  Melamchi pul bazaar to End our Trek.

Day 04 : chisapani To Kutumsang(2446m.) -7 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 05 :  Kutumsang To  Tharepati (3597m.)-6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 06 : Tharepati to Melamchi Gaon(2640m.)-5 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 07 :  Melamchi Gaon to Tarkegyang(2740m.)-6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 08 :  Tarkegyang to  Shermanthang(2621m.)-5 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 09 :  Shermanthang  to Melamchi Pul  Bazaar(846m.)-5 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 10 :Drive Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Kathmandu - 4 hours and  overnight at Hotel
Day 11: Leisure at Kathmandu - relax at Hotel or explore the for shopping
Day 12: Trip Ends/ Transfer to airport for departure

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Today on arrival at the international airport, you will be picked up by our airport representative and transfer to the hotel. After refreshment in the hotel, your tour guide will come to pick you at the hotel and take you to the half day sightseeing tours to Kathmandu Durbar Square. Later on this evening we will take you to the cultural restaurant for dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Full day in Kathmandu
Today you have full day guided sightseeing tours to the Buddhist and Hindu sights in Kathmandu, probably to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath; combination Hinduism and Buddhism known as monkey temple as there are many holy monkey living in the north-west part of the temple. Pashupatinath a sacred Hindu temple situated on the bank of the Bagmati River. Then drive to Buddhanath stupa one of the biggest and oldest stupa in the world. Later in the afternoon there will be a pre-trip meeting with your trekking guide in hotel. Our office representative will brief you regarding our trek as well as provides you opportunity to ask any question of upcoming trip with guide. And sty over night in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisopani (2215m) 4-5 hrs walk
Today after breakfast at the hotel days start with about 1 hrs drive to Sundarijal from where trekking going to begin. The trail start ascending steeply through dense forest of oak, pine and rhododendron along with a large water pipe, that supplies water to Kathmandu, until the ridge of Burlang Bhanjyang(2442m) from where you will have magnificent views of Annapurna in the west to Ganesh Himal and Numbur in the East. Then, you descend again through oak and rhododendron forest, cultivated fields and meadows to Chisapani. Stay overnight at the tea house.

Day 04: Trek to  Khutumsang via Gul Bhanjyang (2470 m) 5-6 hrs walk
Chisapani is such a nice place from where you able to Dorgelakpa and Langtang Himalayan range. After breakfast trek descent about one and half hour, you reach a large Tamang village-Pati bhanjyang from where you again climb to cross a pass of 2470m and then descend to Gul Bhanjyang, another Tamang Village. From here the trail again hikes to a pass of 2620m before descends to Khtumsang. You will have splendid views, stretching from the Annapurna's and Manaslu in the west to Numbur in the East. Stay overnight at the t ea house.

Day 05: Trek to Tharepati (3490m) 6-7 hrs walk
From Khutumsang, the trail ascend through forest with superb views across to Numbur, Jugal Himal and many other snowcapped peaks, before you arrive a ridge form where a short descent brings you to Mangan Kharka at 3285m. Now, the trail gradually gains altitude through pine and rhododendron forest with good views down into the Helambu valley and across to Jugal Himal and Numbur. Finally reach at the Tharepati. Stay overnight at the tea house.

Day 06: Trek to Melamche Gaun (2530m) 4-5 hrs walk
From Tharepati the trail descends all the way to Melamche Gaun through the dip pine and rhododendron forest with viewing natural water fall. This is such a nice village in this area which is situated on the lap of High Mountain. Stay overnight at the tea house.

Day 07: Trek to Tarke Ghyang (2740 m) 4- 5 hrs walk
From Melamchigaon, the trail continues descends to the Melamche Khola. Once across the suspension bridge, the trail begins climbing up the other side of the valley towards Tarkeghyang. It is a long climb to this picturesque village at 2600m., situated on a shelf high above the river. Tarkeghyang is not that largest but still nice village in Helambu valley and the destination for the most trekkers in this region. It is a good place to take a rest. Stay overnight at the tea house

Day 08: Trek to Sermathang (2590 m) 4-5 hrs walk
From Tarkeghyang, the trail makes a sweep around the wide valley end between Parachin & pretty village of Gangjwal at around 2500m. The trail drops down from the edge of the ridge but then continues at around the same altitude along the side of the ridge crossing a number of streams & waterfalls and & landslide. Finally, reach Sermathang. Stay overnight at the tea house.

Day 09: Shermathang to ×Melamche pul (870m) 5-6 hrs walk
Today the trail is big drop to Melamche Pul. After breakfast easy walk approx. for 3 hrs and arrive Kakani from where we will see Jugal Himal, Gauri Shankar, Panch Pokhari and Gosainkunda peaks. Continues walk descending to Melamche crossing Indrawati Bridge through the village for approx. 3 hrs. Stay overnight at the tea house.

Day 10: Drive back to Kathmandu (1350m) 3-4 hrs drive
So after wonderful time in the mountain, today you will drive back to Kathmandu crossing through several towns. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 11: Leisure day in Kathmandu (Shopping, Rest day)

Day 12: Final departure
After wonderful time in Helambu trek today you will transfer by our office representative to the international airport for your next destination or you can join another adventure with us.
