Upper Mustang region located in north central Nepal is situated along the banks of the Kali Gandaki river lies in the Tibetan boarder is dominated by Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massif. Upper Mustang trek also known as Lo Manthang trek was officially opened for foreigners in 1992 .Limited numbers of trekkers are only allowed for the trekking in this restricted region each year in order to protect and conserve the environment and local Tibetan tradition. The trail passes through a steep and rough area along with the view of striking renown mountains scenery of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Nilgiri and more than 35 mountains over 6000m. The major highlights of this trek are the ancient culture of Mustang, oldest Buddhist monasteries, antique and isolated villages along with magnificent landscape with green fields which is naturally and culturally attractive. It reveals the legendary forbidden kingdom of enormous and arid valleys, battered canyons, yak caravans etc.The trek to Lo- Manthang is through high altitude desert country climbing in and out of the huge sided valley of the Kali Gandaki. There are impressive mountains, rivers, small ponds ,lakes lots of trees, plants,colorful flowers growing .Animals found here include snow leopard, kasturi deer, ghoral, wild boar etc.,similarly danphe, munal, kalij are some of the birds found in this region. It consist of two distinct regions: the south region with five villages inhabited by people related to the Managis; and the northern region the ancient kingdom of Lomanthang  where the language, culture and traditions are almost purely Tibetan.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara(915m)by tourist Bus - 6hours and overnight at Hotel
Day 04: Flight from Pokhara to Jomsom - 30mint.and trek to Kagbeni (2800m)-4 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 05: Kagbeni to Chele (3100m)-6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 06: Chele to Geling (3570m)-6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 07: Geling to Charang (3560m)-6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 08: Charang to Lo- Manthang (3840m)-7 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 09: Observe culture and ancient Palace in Lo -Manthang
Day 10: Lo- Manthang to Ghami(3520m.) via Gekar - 6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 11: Ghami to Samar(3150m.)-7 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 12: Samar to Muktinath(3800m)--6 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom(2700m)-4 hours and overnight at Lodge
Day 14: Flight back from Jomsom to Pokhara and overnight at Hotel
Day 15: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel
Day 16: Free Day in kathmandu
Day 17: Trip Ends/Transfer to Airport for Departure.
